Ryan rosensweig sx 2014

Ryan blends his experience as a designer, marketer and researcher to support the development of breakthrough service experiences for Nordstrom customers. As a member of the Customer Mobile Organization, Ryan built the Design & Discovery team, responsible for the development of future mobile experiences and experimentation across Nordstrom testing environments.

Ryan is passionate about building great teams and enjoys linking talented professionals to opportunities within Nordstrom. Before joining the Customer Mobile Organization, Ryan served as Program Manager in the Service Experience Group, and Open Innovation Coordinator for the Innovation Lab, a self-organized, multidisciplinary team within Nordstrom. As a member of the lab, Ryan collaborated with technology and creative partners to discover the future of retail.
